Position Summary
Our Customer Service Representatives are responsible for providing excellent service to customers by assisting with inquiries, processing orders, resolving concerns, and ensuring a positive customer experience. This role requires communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner, both in person and via phone
- Process customer orders, payments, and transactions accurately
- Resolve customer concerns and complaints effectively with direction
- Maintain accurate customer records and account information
- Educate customers on company services, pricing, and policies
- Handle cash and credit card transactions
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Support team members and assist with additional tasks as needed and assigned
- Store opening and closing responsibilities based on shift requirements
- Wash and fold laundry duties and laundromat assistance (applicable based on location)
- Maintain attendance and punctuality standards
Qualifications
- Verbal and written communication skills; must be able to read, write, and speak English
- Basic computer and math skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Dependable
- Criminal background check required
- 18 years or older
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to grasp items and lift/move up to 20 pounds from place to place
- Frequent use of computers, phones, and office equipment
