We are looking for a Billing Specialist who is detail-oriented, organized, and committed to accuracy. In this role, you’ll help ensure our billing process runs smoothly and reflects the quality our customers expect.
What You’ll Do
- Monitor billing and final queues for assigned departments
- Prepare invoices based on current rates and requirements for Manager review
- Make corrections based on Manager feedback
- Communicate with technicians, dispatchers, and managers to gather necessary information
- Upload invoices into customer portals
- Follow up with managers regarding billing issues or clarification
- Perform general office duties as needed
What Makes You a Great Fit
- Previous billing or invoicing experience
- Strong data entry skills
- Ability to work with urgency and meet deadlines under pressure
- Must have strong computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, Internet).
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities
- Clear and professional communication skills—written and verbal
- Dependable, detail-driven, and committed to quality work
