REQUIREMENTS:
- Prior commercial facility maintenance, carpentry, basic plumbing, basic electrical and/or general construction experience preferred.
- High School diploma/GED
- Valid Driver’s License – clean driving record
- Ability to read mechanical and electrical blueprints, a plus
- Ability to lift heavy equipment
- Must have own hand tools
- Must maintain a professional appearance, friendly and positive attitude
- Must possess the ability to communicate with customers, dispatch and management both verbally and written.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour
