- Represent Reliant at conferences and recruiting events (up to 3 trips/month in spring and fall; 1–2 trips/month otherwise).
- Aid the Advancement Administrator in coordinating logistics for each event, including travel, booth setup, needed personnel, and proper materials.
- Ensure conference materials (banners, handouts, swag, etc.) are ready and accurate.
- For events in attendance, manage the booth, gather leads, connect with potential partners, and model a welcoming presence.
- Capture all event leads promptly and enter them into Reliant's CRM system (Pipedrive).
- Own and manage the Leads Pipeline, ensuring all new leads are cared for and consistently moving toward qualification.
- Engage leads between events through relational follow-up, email campaign execution, and timely check-ins that reflect Reliant's value of hospitality.
- Track all pipeline activity in Reliant's CRM (Pipedrive), maintaining accurate notes and measurable progress.
- Collaborate with the Advancement Team Lead to evaluate lead quality, identify trends, and test strategies that improve conversion rates.
- Support the Partner Pipeline (owned by Program and Advancement Team Leads) by assisting with reminders and tasks as needed.
- Help maintain the Partner inbox, providing hospitable responses and routing inquiries as needed.
- Assist with conference logistics, travel coordination, and shipment of materials.
- Maintain accurate records of events, leads, and follow-up activity.
- Provide general administrative support for recruiting-related projects as assigned.
- Serves in a ministry position within Reliant by providing spiritual, ministry, and administrative responsibility for the accomplishment and effectiveness of Reliant's and its partners' ministry mission.
- Demonstrates the spiritual calling, giftedness, and maturity requisite for a position of ministry within the organization, as determined by senior management.
- Serves as a role model for spiritual maturity in accordance with Reliant's and its partner ministries' Christian beliefs and mission.
- Represent Reliant well to outside organizations and individuals in a service, consultant, or advisory capacity in the expression and exercise of the evangelical Christian beliefs of Reliant and its partners.
- Organizes, leads, and/or participates in prayer groups on an ongoing basis, and fulfills other ministry functions and requirements as requested by Reliant.
- Affirms that this position is a ministerial position within Reliant, subject to the “ministerial exception” legal doctrine.
- Understanding ministry operations, mission statements, and faith communities is crucial for sourcing candidates aligned with organizational vision.
- Clear, empathetic verbal and written interactions with candidates, hiring teams, and ministry leaders to create a positive candidate experience.
- Working collaboratively with pastors, volunteers, staff, and other stakeholders to advance the ministry's staffing needs.
