What You’ll Do
- Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in a clinic environment
- Implement treatment plans created by BCBAs/BCaBAs
- Help children build communication, behavioral, and social skills
- Track progress using electronic data systems
- Collaborate with supervisors to adjust goals and strategies
- Maintain timely, accurate documentation
Required Qualifications
- Active RBT certification
- High school diploma or GED
- CPR/BLS certification (or ability to obtain)
- Reliable transportation
Preferred (Not Required)
- Experience with ABA methodologies (DTT, PECS, PRT)
- Clinic-based ABA experience
- Comfort with electronic documentation systems
