Key Responsibilities
- Greet patients and manage check-in/check-out processes with professionalism and care
- Answer and direct incoming calls efficiently
- Collect and post copayments, deductibles, and coinsurance
- Enter and maintain accurate patient information in ClinicSource
- Ensure daily completion of progress notes and documentation
- Support intake processes, including following up on orders and communicating with therapists
- Assist with scheduling, translations, and updating internal systems
- Maintain organized electronic and physical patient records
- Verify insurance eligibility and benefits
- Provide support with medical billing tasks as needed (reports, coding, authorizations, etc.)
- Perform additional administrative duties as assigned
- Previous experience in a medical office or administrative role preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Familiarity with EMR systems
- Basic understanding of insurance verification and medical billing processes
- Bilingual (Spanish) is required
