What You’ll Do

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in a clinic environment
• Implement treatment plans created by BCBAs/BCaBAs
• Help children build communication, behavioral, and social skills
• Track progress using electronic data systems
• Collaborate with supervisors to adjust goals and strategies
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Active RBT certification
• High school diploma or GED
• CPR/BLS certification (or ability to obtain)
• Reliable transportation
  
  

Preferred (Not Required)

• Experience with ABA methodologies (DTT, PECS, PRT)
• Clinic-based ABA experience
• Comfort with electronic documentation systems
