Role Description
This is a full-time remote role (must live in the St. Louis, MO area footprint) for a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Recruiter. The SNF Recruiter will manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring qualified healthcare professionals for our skilled nursing facilities. The recruiter will also be responsible for developing recruitment strategies, maintaining relationships with candidates and hiring managers, and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.
Qualifications
- Experience in recruiting, sourcing, and interviewing in the SNF setting for 2 years (recently)
- Knowledge of SNF industry and healthcare professions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Proficient in applicant tracking systems and recruitment software
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, or related field is a plus
- Experience in a healthcare setting is a plus
