We are recognized worldwide as a Leading Search and Recruitment firm for the Animal Health, Veterinary, and Pet Products Industries. We are hiring a Recruiter/Sourcer. In this critical role, the incumbent will enhance our firm’s effectiveness by handling some or all of the following responsibilities. This position is a role that requires a large portion of the day connecting with people. The incumbent will need to be capable of making connections, influencing others, and the role involves a high level of sales ability. This is a 180 degree recruiting desk which means the incumbent will not do business development to acquire new clients. They will be focused on candidate recruitment.
Responsibilities include:
Recruiting/sourcing over the phone, Internet and social media and utilizing all the tools available
Understanding client needs and specifications and being able to source qualified people for critical roles
Consulting with/Listening to candidate's needs and objectives
Ability to match individual’s qualifications with job requirements
Establish a professional network and will contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Searching resumes, screening resumes
Screening potential candidates/applicants over the phone, through video conferencing and in person
Handle initial interviews of candidates
Protecting operations by keeping information highly confidential
Maintain professional and technical knowledge and may attend educational workshops and review professional
publications.
Provide support, collect and analyze information
Initiate telecommunications and schedule interviews, meetings and conferences
Overall Systemization and organization
Use sales skills to secure candidates
Lead generation, research and sourcing candidates including gathering contact information through utilizing lists, Internet, social media and networking
Plan and complete projects, following up on results.
Project Management
Secure information
Coordinate client and candidate contact through various stages of the interview process
Create and maintain integrity of candidate and client files in database
Use LinkedIn and other resources and databases to find candidates
Meeting KPI’s and reporting
Be creative and think outside the box.
Other responsibilities may be assigned
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree (preferably in business, marketing, journalism and broadcasting, communications, psychology, or Animal Science) New college graduates with leadership experience are encouraged to apply.
Experience in the Veterinary, Animal Sciences or Agribusiness industries is highly desired.
0-10 years of sales, recruiting or equivalent work experience.
