Group Facilitator - LADC/ADCT
Reliance Recovery Center Is a licensed 245G outpatient addiction treatment center in St. Paul. We serve individuals 18 and up. The outpatient treatment process is flexible and individualized based on specific needs. Our Intensive outpatient program (IOP) includes group and individual therapy, educational sessions, integrated mental health, and special focus groups.
We are seeking a part-time float/ Group Facilitator to help out in our Men's Outpatient program.
Position Details:
- This is a part-time flexible, hourly position. 15-20 hours per week.
- Hours will primarily be daytime/flexible during the week.
- Pay for this position is between $30-33 per hour depending on licensure and experience.
Job Duties Include:
- Work with primary counselors and program leadership to provide group coverage
- Facilitate a variety of groups including, but not limited to, activity, process, and psycho-education for up to 16 clients
- Comply with MN Statute Rule 245G requirements regarding timely and accurate documentation.
- Provide support and intervention in crisis situations.
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team, including LADC, treatment coordinators, peer recovery specialists, mental health practitioners to communicate client presentation and group participation.
- Communicate absences effectively and proactively with primary counselors.
- Enter accurate group and billing notes in the electronic record system
Qualifications:
Applicants may hold one or more of the following qualifications/licenses:
- Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC)
- Alcohol & Drug Counselor Trainee (ADC-T)
