About the Role
We’re looking for an energetic and motivated Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in our continued growth by identifying and attracting top talent, partnering with hiring managers, and creating strong candidate pipelines—especially through collegiate recruiting efforts.
What You’ll Do
- Source, screen, and engage candidates across a variety of roles
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and deliver strong candidate slates
- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process using our ATS
- Build and maintain relationships with regional universities to develop early-career talent pipelines
- Represent Reliance Partners at career fairs and campus events
What You Bring
- 1-2 years of recruiting experience (agency or in-house), with exposure to collegiate recruiting preferred
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build lasting relationships
- A proactive, organized approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- A positive, team-oriented mindset
