Reliance Partners is seeking a motivated, entry-level IT Help Desk Technician to join our Phoenix office. This is a full-time, in-office position designed for individuals beginning their IT careers! Whether you're a recent graduate or looking to gain hands-on experience in a professional environment.
You’ll work alongside an experienced IT team, supporting real users, solving real problems, and building the technical foundation needed to grow into advanced IT roles.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide day-to-day technical support for employees across the organization
- Troubleshoot issues related to:
- Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive)
- Business applications and internal systems
- Windows devices and user environments
- Assist users in person, over the phone, and via remote tools
- Log, track, and update tickets in the IT support system
- Document solutions and contribute to the internal knowledge base
- Support software installations, updates, and system configurations
- Collaborate with senior IT staff on escalated or complex issues
What We’re Looking For:
Required Qualifications
- 0-2 years of IT experience OR recent completion of an IT-related degree or certification
- Basic familiarity with:
- Windows operating systems
- Microsoft Office / Microsoft 365
- Strong problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
- Good communication skills and a customer-first attitude
- Ability to work onsite in our Scottsdale office, Monday-Friday
Preferred (Not Required):
- Internship, lab work, or personal projects related to IT
- Exposure to:
- Active Directory or Microsoft Azure
- Ticketing systems (JIRA, Zendesk, etc.)
- Entry-level certifications (CompTIA A , Google IT Support, etc.)
