IT Support- Entry Level – Contract – Scottsdale, AZ – $25.00-$30.00/hr.

The final salary or hourly wage, as applicable, paid to each candidate/applicant for this position is ultimately dependent on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, the candidate’s/applicant’s qualifications, skills, and level of experience as well as the geographical location of the position.

Our client is seeking an IT Support- Entry Level in Scottsdale, AZ.

Role Description

• Assists in imaging process and provisioning of applications

• Provides day-to-day support for end users desktop issues (hardware/software)

• Effectively manage workload

• Provide outstanding customer support in a timely, and efficient manner by analyzing, diagnosing, and resolving problems and requests within service level

• Will be required to work in Warehouse as needed (no experience needed)

• Making boxes, boxing computers, knowing the correct accessories to include

• Pallet Jack for moving packages

• Unloading packages from Dock

• Loading packages on the Dock

• Moving around to storage areas

Skills & Requirements

• Would like someone that recently graduated from college or someone junior a A certification is a big plus

• Fantastic customer service stills – A

• Go getter, energetic personality – must be a hustler!

• Must be well organized

• Experience using computer hardware and software applications

• Must be able to lift 50lbs without assistance
