Site Safety Manager (Direct Hire)
Location: Flint, Michigan (Onsite)
Coverage Area: Southeast Michigan Job Sites
Salary Range: $75,000 – $85,000 (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee safety compliance across active construction and/or manufacturing job sites
- Develop and maintain pre-task plans and ensure consistent execution in the field
- Conduct regular site audits, inspections, and safety observations
- Partner with project leadership and field teams to enforce safety standards and best practices
- Serve as the lead safety resource for assigned projects
- Promote a proactive safety culture across all job sites
- Minimum 5 years of safety experience in construction job sites or manufacturing environments
- Experience writing and implementing pre-task plans
- Preferred: NFPA 70E certification or training
- Preferred (not required): OSHA 510 and/or OSHA 500 certification
- Prior experience serving as a lead safety professional on projects
- Strong communication and leadership skills in field environments
- Experience working on data center projects and/or GM-related work is a plus
- Proficient and comfortable using Microsoft Excel
