About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Efficiency Specialist to join our team at Reliance One, Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing and improving work processes to increase productivity and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze work methods and develop labor standards to improve workflow and reduce waste.
- Study process flow charts and recommend modifications to improve productivity.
- Develop new procedures and recommend equipment modifications and purchases.
- Train and guide operators and supervisors on work improvement projects.
- Maintain operations guidelines by writing and updating policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in relevant engineering or equivalent experience.
- 5 years of Industrial Engineering experience.
- Experience in an automotive manufacturing environment preferred.
