Position Summary
The Corporate Insurance & Risk Analyst will support the Treasury Director during the annual global insurance renewal process. This temporary role plays a key part in coordinating data collection, managing insurance schedules, discussions with brokers, and ensuring timely completion of renewal deliverables across all regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and submission of underwriting data, exposure schedules, and renewal applications for all lines of insurance (Property, Casualty, Auto, Workers Compensation, D&O, Cyber, etc.).
- Coordinate with global and regional finance, HR, legal, and operations teams to gather updated exposure information (values, payrolls, fleet, and loss data).
- Review and validate policy documentation and insurance certificates for accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain and update insurance schedules, coverage summaries, and premium allocations.
- Support the renewal timeline and task tracker, ensuring key deliverables are met on schedule.
- Assist in benchmarking and premium analysis, compiling data for internal management presentations.
- Work with insurance brokers and internal stakeholders to resolve data discrepancies and clarify policy terms.
- Support all other treasury and risk management projects as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Risk Management, or related field.
- 2 years of experience in corporate insurance, risk management
- Familiarity with insurance policies, loss runs, COIs, and renewal documentation.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
