Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple divisions to gather requirements and understand current business processes
- Analyze existing processes to identify opportunities for improvement, efficiency gains, and standardization
- Design, document, and implement business process improvements
- Create detailed process maps, workflows, flowcharts, procedures, and supporting documentation
- Develop draft process recommendations and present findings to management for review and approval
- Partner with Production Engineering teams to understand operational challenges and business needs
- Facilitate meetings and workshops to gather feedback and ensure stakeholder alignment
- Develop training materials and conduct training sessions related to new or updated processes
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented processes and recommend adjustments as needed
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive process documentation within centralized repositories
- Support multiple projects simultaneously while meeting established deadlines
- Stay current on industry best practices, business process management methodologies, and continuous improvement strategies
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- 10 years of business analysis, business process improvement, or related experience
- Proven experience analyzing, documenting, and improving business processes
- Strong understanding of process mapping and continuous improvement methodologies
- Experience working independently and developing recommendations with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities
- Ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and leadership
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and process mapping tools such as Visio or Lucidchart
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience supporting large manufacturing organizations
- Lean or Six Sigma certification
- Business Process Management (BPM) certification
- Familiarity with project management methodologies
- Experience leading process improvement initiatives across multiple departments
