Contract Opportunity
- Hybrid Schedule – Onsite Tuesdays & Wednesdays, Remote Mondays, Thursdays & Fridays
- Full-Time Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to employee inquiries while providing a positive customer service experience.
- Research and resolve questions related to benefits, compensation, HR policies, facilities, employee development, expense reporting, and other employee experience topics.
- Clarify employee requests and gather information needed to provide accurate solutions.
- Process and verify Form I-9 documentation in compliance with federal employment eligibility requirements.
- Identify impacted employee populations and apply the appropriate policies, procedures, and guidance.
- Utilize internal knowledge resources and documentation to research and resolve inquiries.
- Manage and resolve escalated issues while maintaining communication with stakeholders and subject matter experts.
- Leverage Workday and other HR systems to track, manage, and document employee inquiries and HR processes.
- Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive employee information.
- Collaborate with internal teams and business partners to ensure timely resolution of employee concerns.
- Minimum of 2 years of HR experience or related customer service experience.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for helping others.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage a high volume of work while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
- Experience working with HR systems; Workday experience preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
- Ability to quickly learn new software and systems.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous HR Shared Services experience.
- Experience processing employment documentation and compliance-related tasks.
- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across multiple departments.
- Positive attitude and desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced HR environment.
