Your impact

• Own the delivery of high-quality gear system designs by coaching, mentoring, and unblocking a team of engineers.
• Translate business objectives into executable plans; manage schedules, budgets, and resources to finish on time and on target.
• Partner with product design, manufacturing, and operations to integrate gear solutions into complete product architectures.
• Implement continuous improvement to boost performance and streamline manufacturing.
• Run performance reviews and provide clear growth feedback.
• Stay current on gear technologies and industry trends to inform decisions.
• Nurture a collaborative, innovative engineering culture.
  
  

What you’ll need to succeed

• BS in Mechanical Engineering or related field; MS preferred.
• 5 years in engineering with 2 years in a people-management role.
• Deep knowledge of gear design, analysis, and manufacturing.
• Proven history of taking products from concept through launch.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capability.
• Hands-on proficiency with CAD and engineering analysis tools.
