Familiarity with:
ERP systems (for production/manufacturing flow)
Job Description

Your impact
Own the delivery of high-quality gear system designs by coaching, mentoring, and unblocking a team of engineers.
Translate business objectives into executable plans; manage schedules, budgets, and resources to finish on time and on target.
Partner with product design, manufacturing, and operations to integrate gear solutions into complete product architectures.
Implement continuous improvement to boost performance and streamline manufacturing.
Run performance reviews and provide clear growth feedback.
Stay current on gear technologies and industry trends to inform decisions.
Nurture a collaborative, innovative engineering culture.
What you’ll need to succeed
BS in Mechanical Engineering or related field; MS preferred.
5 years in engineering with 2 years in a people-management role.
Deep knowledge of gear design, analysis, and manufacturing.
Proven history of taking products from concept through launch.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capability.
Hands-on proficiency with CAD and engineering analysis tools.
Experience in a manufacturing environment.
