With care and precision, you verify counts by weighing and measuring items, then capture every detail in our systems so product moves exactly where it should—on time and accurately.What you’ll handleMaintain complete, accurate records of all inbound and outbound product by counting, weighing, and measuring items.Prepare shipments: pack securely, assign shipment codes, and align documentation with invoices, packing slips, and purchase orders.Create and verify all outgoing paperwork; label cartons per customer-specific requirements.Operate material handling equipment safely, including forklifts and pallet jacks.Communicate with customers and suppliers, addressing routine inquiries and status updates.What helps you thriveComfort with Microsoft Office, carrier platforms (FedEx/UPS), and an ERP system.Background in shipping and receiving within a warehouse environment (preferred).Strength in heavy material handling and general warehouse operations.Tools you’ll useForklifts and standard warehouse equipment.If you value accuracy, like to keep products moving, and enjoy collaborating across the dock, this role puts you at the center of our operation.
