That’s the heartbeat of our Automated Assembly Machine Technician role—hands-on, detail-driven work that keeps production moving. What You’ll Do Set up and operate automated assembly machinery for production runs.Perform mechanical troubleshooting to resolve issues and minimize downtime.Use precision measurements to verify parts meet tolerances.Support packaging, assembly, and inspection activities as needed. Where and When Location: ChicopeePositions/Shifts available: Auto Assembly Machine Operators — 2nd & 3rd shiftTraining: All production roles start on 1st shift, 6am-2:30pm for 90 days Compensation Pay: $24-25/hr What You Bring Proficiency with: troubleshooting, mechanical diagnostics, and machine setups for production runs.Familiarity with machine operation, setup, mechanical repair, precision measurements & tolerances, packaging, assembling, and/or inspection is a plus.Previous manufacturing or machine-industry experience is a plus.
