Reliable Reports is hiring Property Roof Inspector in the Upper Peninsula, MI area (covering a 2 -hour radius). No prior inspection experience required—paid, in-person training provided.

WHO THIS ROLE IS FOR

• Part-time availability (8 hours per day on average - 2 days a week)
• Experience in delivery driving, route work, or field services
• Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
• Motivated by productivity-based pay
• Comfortable working outdoors in all seasons
• Reliable personal vehicle with valid insurance
• Comfortable using a ladder and speaking with homeowners
• Basic comfort with mobile apps and computers

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Drive to assigned 30-40 homes and businesses each day
• Territory will cover 2 hour radius of Upper Peninsula, MI
• Drive 75-150 business miles per week
• Capture exterior property photos using our mobile app
• Access single-story roofs using a ladder when required
• Maintain professionalism with homeowners
• Work primarily in the field with limited home-office time

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to drive, walk, stand, and sit for extended periods
• Ability to walk on uneven terrain
• Ability to lift/carry up to 50 lbs (ladder use)
• Ability to safely climb ladders and single-story roofs

SCHEDULE

• Part-time
• Monday through Saturday availability
• Overnight travel ~1x/month (1night)
• Flexible schedule; make up hours as needed to stay on track.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS

• Valid driver’s license insured personal vehicle (required for daily use)
• Windows-based personal computer with internet access
• Comfortable with extensive driving (urban & rural routes)
• Comfortable working in various weather conditions
• Professional appearance required

Background check, MVR review, and drug screening conducted post-offer in accordance with applicable laws.
