We're hiring a Junior Account Executive to join our team. This role focuses on working with small and mid-sized businesses from first contact through close. That means finding new accounts, building relationships, and putting together the right solution for each business's needs.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Own the full sales cycle with small and medium-sized businesses across the Bay Area
- Identify and develop new small and mid-sized business accounts
- Building lasting client relationships with business owners and decision makers
- Applying proven sales techniques to meet and exceed goals
- Maintain accurate records of activity and pipeline in CRM
- Participating in ongoing coaching, workshops, and professional development
- Contributing to a strong, positive team culture and celebrating wins
What We're Looking For:
- Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
- 0 to 3 years in a customer-facing, sales, or service role.
- Strong communicator with a people-first mindset
