What You’ll Lead
Fire Alarm Service Operations
- Oversee daily fire alarm service activities including inspections, repairs, troubleshooting, and small projects
- Support technicians with technical guidance and field problem-solving
- Ensure accurate and timely service documentation and closeout reporting
- Monitor service requests and system alerts to keep response times tight
Team Leadership & Development
- Lead, coach, and support a team of fire alarm technicians
- Assist with hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management
- Build a culture of accountability, safety, and pride in workmanship
- Support technician certifications and ongoing development (including NICET)
Customer & Internal Partnerships
- Act as an escalation point for service-related customer concerns
- Communicate clearly with customers on system issues and recommendations
- Partner with sales, operations, and procurement to align manpower and materials
- Provide technical input on proposals and service solutions
Division Growth & Performance
- Track labor efficiency, service quality, and material usage
- Identify process improvements that increase productivity and reduce rework
- Help shape how the fire alarm service operation grows in the Baltimore market
What We’re Looking For
- 7 years of fire alarm service and/or installation experience
- 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role
- Strong working knowledge of fire alarm systems, troubleshooting, and NFPA codes
- NICET certification strongly preferred (or actively working toward it)
- Proven ability to manage people, priorities, and customer expectations
- Comfortable with service management software and basic office tools
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Pay: $95,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
