HR Manager - Operations

Human Resources Manager plays a key role in supporting and partnering with manufacturing leadership to drive HR strategies and solutions in a non-unionized environment. You will serve as the senior HR leader for one facility providing strategic and hands-on HR leadership in support of organizational transformation and growth. This leader will play a pivotal role in change management, employee engagement, and cultural integration, aligning people strategies with business priorities in a fast-paced, manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with operations leadership to align HR strategies with business goals in a manufacturing environment
- Collaborate with HR and business leaders to implement staffing, development, and continuous improvement strategies
- Lead HR transformation at the plant, supporting a shift from an “old school personnel” mindset to a proactive, strategic HR partnership model
- Oversee an HR Coordinator handling day-to-day HR administration while remaining highly visible on the plant floor and accessible to employees.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 5 years of progressive HR experience, including some years in manufacturing
- Proven track record as a trusted advisor to plant or operations leadership; skilled at influencing across all levels.
- Hands-on approach with a balance of strategic thinking and operational execution
- Proficiency with HRIS, Microsoft Office Suite, and workforce analytics
