Inside Sales Support Specialist
Location: Houston
We're seeking an Inside Sales Support Specialist to support Commercial Sales Managers (CAMs) by managing customer accounts, driving sales growth, and delivering excellent customer service. This is a primarily office-based role with limited travel.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Sales Managers to support and grow customer accounts
- Manage day-to-day account activities including onboarding, quoting, pricing, and order support
- Respond to customer inquiries and ensure timely follow-up
- Support sales efforts through upselling, lead generation, and account expansion
- Maintain accurate customer data, sales pipelines, and reporting
- Assist with inventory, billing, and operational issue resolution
- Help drive customer engagement, promotions, and program participation
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and sales support experience
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems preferred
