RGA seeks an intern to join the Global Valuation Operations team during the summer of 2026. The intern will assist in various projects furthering valuation-related initiatives, including the migration of legacy systems to new enterprise data platforms (EDP), providing exposure to both the technical and business aspects of valuation operations.

RGA seeks an intern to join the Global Valuation Operations team during the summer of 2026. The intern will assist in various projects furthering valuation-related initiatives, including the migration of legacy systems to new enterprise data platforms (EDP), providing exposure to both the technical and business aspects of valuation operations.
Responsibilities
- Gain a basic understanding of the data tools used by the Global Valuation Operations team including, but not limited to Alteryx, SQL, Dbt, Oracle, Snowflake, and Power BI.
- Proactively identify areas of improvement to management, and lead/participate in solution design.
- Summarization and reporting of progress and findings.
- Collaboration with team members to accomplish tasks.
- Projects as assigned with completion according to instructions.
- Must be currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Actuarial Science or a related field.
- Minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA; additional requirements may apply
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Eagerness to learn new skills and technologies. Strong Excel skills preferred.
- Ability to provide information in a clear, concise manner
- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships
- Effective analytical skills to gather information, analyze facts, and draw conclusions
