RGA is seeking a summer intern to join the Global Financial Solutions department supporting Client Operations and Policy Administration projects. The intern will focus on data analytics and testing of data solutions. With exposure to large sets of data, the intern will gain understanding of the software development lifecycle particularly the areas of testing and adoption of new technology. The intern may also learn new data analytic tools such as Tableau, Alteryx, and/or SQL.

Responsibilities
- Perform quality assurance and user acceptance testing
- Reconcile data, ensuring accurate calculations of annuity payments, and working with valuation and finance stakeholders.
- Potential Alteryx development to onboard and transform datasets and generate reporting. Opportunity to provide automation solutions for the team to streamline manual processes.
- Partner with developers and business analysts.
- Must be currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems Management, Data Analytics or a related field.
- Minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA; additional requirements may apply.
- Effective analytical skills to gather information, analyze facts, and draw conclusions. Coding experience is a plus.
- Strong Excel skills and SQL exposure.
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Eagerness to learn new skills and technologies.
- Ability to provide information in a clear, concise manner.
- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships.
