Base pay varies depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and market location. Principle Duties
- Assist with lifecycle management of infrastructure and application services, including patching and version upgrades.
- Support vulnerability identification, reporting, and remediation across supported platforms.
- Monitor system performance and reliability; implement observability solutions (dashboards, alerts).
- Participate in incident response and on-call rotations; conduct blameless postmortems and implement preventive measures.
- Provide user support via ServiceNow, Slack, and email; fulfill requests within defined SLAs.
- Contribute to capacity planning, disaster recovery strategies, and change management processes.
- Maintain and improve documentation for systems, processes, and operational standards.
- Collaborate on automation initiatives to reduce manual tasks and improve operational efficiency.
Required
- Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) or equivalent experience.
Work Experience
- 1 years of experience developing application hosting architectures and services utilizing containers, cloud services, and automation.

- General knowledge of application/data security best practices
- General oral and written communication skills demonstrating ability to share and impart knowledge with ability to liaise with individuals across a wide variety of operational, functional, and technical disciplines
- Ability to quickly adapt to new methods, work under tight deadlines and stressful conditions
- General ability to set goals and handle multiple tasks, clients, and projects simultaneously; Ability to appropriately balance priorities, deadlines, and deliverables
- General skills in customer relationship management and change management
- Ability to manage multiple projects or teams and set applicable goals
- Proficiency in container-based hosting architectures (Docker, Kubernetes) and automation using Python, Ansible, Bash, PowerShell, Terraform, and Jenkins DSL/Groovy. Experienced in managing CI/CD platforms (Jenkins, Nexus, SonarQube, Vault) and implementing security best practices, load balancing, DNS management, and vulnerability remediation. Skilled in GitHub based code management, Agile methodologies, and observability practices including monitoring and alerting with DataDog, Grafana, PagerDuty, and Prometheus.
