Reinhardt University is currently accepting applications for an Online & Graduate Program Manager, Employer and Corporate Relations for the Admissions Department.
Position Summary
The Online & Graduate Program Manager, Employer and Corporate Relations serves as a crucial member of the Admissions team and reports directly to the AVP, Enrollment Management & Marketing. This role is responsible for cultivating and sustaining educational pathway partnerships with local, state, and regional employers and organizations with the goal of increasing brand awareness, educational opportunities for employees, strategic alignment of workforce needs to become a knowledge provider in assigned territory. As an external representative of the University, this role provides research on targeted employers, organizations, and opportunities to expand the Reinhardt reach and attend strategically focused conferences, recruitment events, college fairs, virtual/in person partnership meetings to increase partnerships and interest in online and graduate programs. The person in this role must have discipline and ability to work well in a variety of settings, including virtual and team centered environments. Due to the nature of the work, weekend and evening hours are required beyond normal work hours.
Primary Responsibilities/Essential Job Functions
- Delivery of sustainable educational partnerships and business/organizational relationships within identified industries to increase interest in online and graduate programs.
- Ensure consistent engagement with potential and established partners while marketing programs for lead generation to support new student enrollment goals.
- Manage recruiting territory alongside leadership, program coordinators for alignment of online and graduate program goals and recruitment strategies.
- Report on work and progress, including, for example, recruitment data, partnership and program development progress, and related quantitative and qualitative data as requested.
- Maintain a current and active working knowledge of recruitment markets and industry standards to connect with organizational leaders and help define return on educational investments.
- Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, including public speaking experience.
- Perform other functions associated with the day-to-day operations of Admissions and the University as assigned by supervisor.
- Day to day reporting is to the Executive Director of Admissions; additional responsibilities and tasks include those for the Vice President, Enrollment Management & Marketing.

- Demonstrate proficiency with database management, Salesforce, Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel
- Knowledge of database management will be required in this position, including knowledge and experience with SalesForce and other related CRM as identified.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 5-7 years of work in adult and continuing higher education, with responsibilities for recruitment, outreach, and effective engagement practices.
- A graduate degree in education, higher education leadership, management or related field preferred.
- Successful completion of a background check.
- A valid driver’s license and safe driving practices: travel expenses for approved business-related travel are provided but must have reliable means of transportation.
Work Environment/Physical Requirements of the Job
This position is located within a general office environment on the university campus. Responsibilities will include travel to locations/venues outside of the university related to the requirements of the position. External locations may include and are not limited to business and organizations, inside/outside venues, chambers of commerce, schools, police departments, local government offices and other types of venues. The employee must have the ability to walk between buildings on campus or to represent the institution, lift to thirty pounds, and be able to work sitting down or driving for long periods of time.
