Responsibilities
Diagnose and repair residential HVAC system issues
Perform regular maintenance and tune-ups
Install, replace, and upgrade HVAC units and components
Ensure compliance with local and national HVAC codes
Work with ductwork, ventilation, and indoor air quality systems
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Residential HVAC Service Technician
Strong diagnostic and repair skills in residential HVAC systems
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Confident and decisive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment

Compensation
$80,000 – $150,000 annually Commission and supplemental pay opportunities
