Essential Responsibilities

• Dispatch technicians to job sites with efficiency and precision
• Manage inbound customer calls and assess service needs
• Schedule technicians for emergency and routine visits
• Provide top-tier customer service throughout every interaction
• Maintain accurate logs of vehicles, equipment, and job progress
• Assist with basic clerical tasks such as filing and organizing
• Collaborate with team members and contribute to a supportive environment
• Flex to other duties as needed
  
  
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Prior dispatch or customer service experience (1 year preferred)
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Computer literacy and ability to learn new systems quickly
• Problem-solving ability and sound judgment

• 8AM - 6PM Saturday and Sundays

Pay

• $22.00 - $27.00 per hour, based on experience
