What You’ll Be Doing:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and care
Gather customer information, assess needs, and offer tailored solutions
Promote our services with confidence and enthusiasm
Support field technicians with scheduling and coordination
Perform administrative tasks to keep operations running smoothly
What We’re Looking For:
High school diploma or GED
Previous customer service experience preferred
Strong communication skills—both verbal and written
Ability to identify customer needs and provide solutions
Reliable attendance and a team-first attitude
Schedule / Compensation
Monday - Friday with rotating weekends
- In-Person at our Cheektowaga branch
$19-$23 per hour based on experience
