Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Orlando, FL, for a Commission-Based Licensed Insurance Agent. The responsibilities include engaging with clients to understand their unique insurance needs, analyzing insurance options, developing customized insurance strategies, and building long-term relationships. Agents will generate and manage leads, provide expert guidance on risk management, explain policy options clearly, and ensure compliance with industry regulations while meeting sales goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Insurance Sales, Insurance, and Insurance Brokerage
- Knowledge of Finance principles and financial planning concepts as they relate to the insurance industry
- Strong Customer Service skills and the ability to build lasting client relationships
- Active life and health insurance license (or willingness to obtain one within a specified timeframe)
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales management software is a plus
- High degree of accountability, professionalism, and goal-driven attitude
Ability to communicate in Spanish and/ or Haitian Creole is highly preferred to better serve our diverse client base.
