Duties
- Engage in outside sales activities to identify new client opportunities and expand our customer base through proactive outreach and networking.
- Conduct insurance consultations, explaining policy options clearly and negotiating coverage terms to meet client needs effectively.
- Manage retail sales processes by assisting walk-in clients, processing applications, and ensuring accurate documentation of all transactions.
- Utilize multilingual skills to communicate with diverse clients, enhancing customer experience and expanding market reach.
- Perform sales administration tasks including maintaining detailed client records, updating CRM systems, and processing policy changes efficiently.
- Develop marketing strategies to promote insurance products via telemarketing campaigns, social media outreach, and community events.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly, resolving issues professionally, and ensuring client satisfaction at every touchpoint.
- Comply with HIPAA regulations and other industry standards to protect client information during all interactions.
Experience
- Proven experience in insurance sales or customer service roles, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Demonstrated ability in outside sales, retail sales, telemarketing, or related fields with excellent negotiation skills.
- Strong communication skills in multiple languages; bilingual proficiency is highly preferred to serve diverse communities effectively.
- Familiarity with sales administration tools such as CRM software; ability to analyze data for strategic decision-making.
- Knowledge of marketing techniques and benefits administration to promote products persuasively.
- Experience working within regulatory frameworks such as HIPAA or other privacy standards is advantageous.
