Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Insurance Agent or Licensed CSR at our office in Titusville, FL., with knowledge of personal lines. The primary responsibilities include managing client relationships, providing personalized insurance solutions, processing policy applications and renewals, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring compliance with insurance regulations. The role also involves evaluating clients' insurance needs, offering suitable products, and handling claims efficiently.
Qualifications
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Insurance policy management and risk assessment skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in insurance software and office applications
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
- An active Florida state insurance license is required
- Experience in the insurance industry is preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus
