Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Construction Office Manager to oversee our Top Roofing Company projects from inception to completion, focus on administration, organization, and client services. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a solid understanding of construction processes, knowledge of roofing, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This role requires exceptional communication and organizational skills to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise all Roofing activities on-site.
- Answer all incoming office phone calls.
- Making phone calls to schedule meetings.
- Email and text prospects all necessary information.
- Coordinate and book meetings based on schedule.
- Work closely with Yelp.
- Respond to any incoming request - Website/Google/FB/Etc.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports.
- Document data and monitor trends.
- Must be knowledgeable about the company's projects.
- Get a rating from all prospects.
- Confirm all meetings.
- Oversee all expenses and invoices
- Approve and collect payments
- Manage project schedules and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Oversee vendor management and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors and suppliers.
- Monitor project budgets, including payroll, bookkeeping, and other financial aspects.
- Day to Day administration, and lead follow up.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
- Conduct regular site inspections to assess progress and address any issues.
- Facilitate training and development for team members to enhance skills and performance.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including filing reports and managing calendars.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, and team members.
Skills
- Proven experience in supervising construction projects and teams. Knowledge in construction is a must!
- Friendly personality with high communication skills

- Background in office management with clerical experience in administrative roles.
- Effective communication skills for clear interactions with diverse groups.
- Familiarity with medical office management is a plus but not required.
- Ability to manage multi-line phone systems and front desk operations as needed.
- Competence in event planning for project-related gatherings or meetings.
