What you’ll do:
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, inspections, and sales calls.
- Answer phones and emails, and serve as a friendly point of contact for clients and team members.
- Prepare contracts, manage project files, and keep everything organized.
- Handle QuickBooks entries, invoicing, and expense tracking.
- Maintain our CRM system and input leads from multiple sources.
- Keep the office running efficiently day-to-day.
- A quick learner who is tech-savvy and detail-oriented.
- Strong multitasking, organizational, and communication skills.
- Comfortable interacting with clients, vendors, and team members.
- At least 1 year of experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and Google Suite.
- Lives within 15–20 miles of Culver City.
- Reliable, committed, and ready to grow with us.
- Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (in-office).
