Channel Manager to lead, expand, and optimize channel initiatives. This
role plays a critical leadership function in identifying and shaping
growth opportunities, strengthening partner engagement and alignment,
and driving high-impact channel performance that advances overall
business objectives. This role follows a hybrid schedule and can be
based in either Kohler, Wisconsin or Glendale, Wisconsin. Specific
Responsibilities: \* Lead the development and execution of comprehensive
channel strategies that align with company goals and respond to evolving
market dynamics. \* Drive the identification of partner needs, market
trends, and emerging business opportunities to expand channel reach,
strengthen competitiveness, and accelerate growth. \* Own and oversee
channel program, including partner engagement and alignment, program
design and continuous optimization, enablement, and performance
management. \* Direct the monitoring, analysis, and communication of key
channel metrics, ensuring visibility, accountability, and ongoing
