Glendale WI The Manager-Technical Accounting and External Reporting will
support the Company\'s technical accounting analysis and external
reporting requirements. Reporting to the Director-Technical Accounting
and External Reporting, this role will work closely with senior team
members to ensure accurate financial reporting, compliance with
accounting standards, and high-quality documentation while gaining
exposure to complex accounting areas and regulatory requirements. Key
Responsibilities: \* Assist in researching and analyzing technical
accounting matters under U.S. GAAP and documenting conclusions in
accounting memos. \* Significant involvement in the preparation of
external financial reporting, including footnotes and disclosures for
quarterly and annual reports. \* Monitor new accounting standards and
assist with adoption and implementation efforts. \* Coordinate with
external auditors to support quarterly reviews and annual audits,
including preparation of audit support. \* Help maintain and update
accounting policies, procedures, and documentation. \* Participate in
process improvement initiatives related to financial reporting, close
activities, and internal controls. \* Collaborate with cross-functional
teams on accounting-related matters. \* Support special projects such as
transactions, system enhancements, or reporting optimization
initiatives. Requirements: \* Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting or
related field; CPA preferred. \* 5 years of relevant accounting
experience, ideally combining public accounting (Big 4 audit or advisory
