We are looking to hire a Program Manager at our Tompkins County location.
Hours:
· 40 hour work week, Monday through Friday
Requirements for Program Manager:
HS diploma with 5 years of experience in a human services setting, Bachelor’s degree with at least two years experience in a mental health setting or in a human services setting.
Pay Range: 58k – 63k per year
Responsibilities for Program Manager Include:
· Provide the full range of supervisory and administrative functions for several programs.
· Represent the agency at county and other meetings.
· Participate in staff recruiting and hiring.
· Conduct regular staff meetings.
· Maintain a positive work environment that contributes to team building.
· Oversee client care, including crisis services and assure all services are provided on a timely and regular basis.
· Participate in the referral and interview process for new client admission and planning for discharges.
· Assure that all billing is accurate and complete according to Medicaid or other regulatory guidelines.
· On-call responsibilities.
