REHAB AT WORK is a nationally recognized leader in the specialty of Industrial Rehabilitation and Work Evaluations. We specialize in outpatient physical and occupational therapy, industrial rehabilitation, work related injuries, ergonomics and work site evaluations. With over 30 years of operation, we have 10 established clinics with additional expansion coming to our Northern Virginia, Baltimore, and surrounding areas.
Responsibilities
We are looking for a physical therapist to join our Herndon, VA location with the following tasks and responsibilities:
- Evaluating & treating patients with orthopedic injuries
- Performing physical therapy evaluations & treatments as well as Functional Capacity Evaluations
- Direction and supervision of Industrial Rehab Program
- Ensure patients are educated regarding their injury and injury prevention
- Experience in interfacing with nurse case managers and insurance adjusters
Basic Qualifications
- License received or eligible for Virginia
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
- Strong verbal & written communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience or interest in orthopedics
- Workers Compensation Cases
- Manual therapy
- Well versed in differential diagnosis
- Proficient in medical and conversational Spanish a plus!
- Dry needling
