Job Description

Regions Hospital is Hiring a Supply Chain Services Specialist. The Regions Hospital Supply Chain team focuses on the effective and efficient use of resources to deliver the right product, in the right quantity, at the right time, to the right place.

The Supply Chain Services Specialist position requires additional experience and performs tasks that require a higher degree of expertise in medical materials management than a Supply Chain Services Associate.

Responsibilities

  • Receive, store, issue, inventory stock levels, transport, and monitor materials, supplies, linen, mail, and equipment.
  • Perform related duties as assigned.

The ideal candidate must possess excellent customer service skills, be able to read, speak and write English, work in a fast-paced environment and perform multiple tasks and respond to changes as necessary.

Work schedule: FTE: .5 (20 hrs. weekly), Day Shift

Required Qualifications

Experience: Previous experience as a Supply Chain Services Associate or similar position. One (1) year of post-secondary education will substitute for lacking experience.

Preferred Qualifications

High School Diploma or Equivalent.
