Regional One Health is seeking a Specialty Pharmacy Technician Certified for our Bartlett Specialty Pharmacy (Floating between Bartlett and Midtown locations).
National Certification such as PTCB or NHA AND TN Pharmacy Technician License are required.
A Brief Overview
Assists registered pharmacist with support activities and processes required to dispense specialty medications as defined by Regional One Health standards. Performs various duties related to specialty pharmacy services including, but not limited to, maintaining patient records and documentation, preparing and processing prescriptions, answering telephone calls, communicating with patients, payors and healthcare providers, inventory management, benefit investigations, prior authorizations, patient assistance, prescription delivery and distribution, and record-keeping of pharmaceuticals and controlled substances.
