What are the responsibilities and job description for the Director, HRIS & Analytics (4152) position at REGIONAL ONE HEALTH?
The Director of Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) and Analytics will be responsible for managing the strategic development and ongoing administration of all HR Information System(s) programs, governance, optimization, and innovation of the healthcare system ensuring alignment with the organization's mission and vision. This position provides direction in the development and implementation of HR systems policies, practices and procedures to ensure compliance with all organizational, state, federal and local regulatory laws, standards and practices. This position will also be responsible for partnering with HR Leadership, Information Technology, Finance, and executive stakeholders to build and deliver scalable HRIS infrastructure capable of supporting robust reporting, advanced analytics, and data-driven insights aligned with business objectives.
What you will do
- Provides Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and Analytics leadership and oversight for the development and implementation of organizational reporting, planning & budgeting programs, policies, guidelines, and Human Resources Technology solutions.
- Designs, implements, and administers organizational reports, data analytics, and a comprehensive HRIS roadmap aligned with organizational strategy.
- Oversees system configuration, integrations, upgrades, testing, and change management initiatives.
- Ensures data governance, integrity, security, and compliance with regulatory requirements (GDPR, HIPPA, SOX, where applicable).
- Manages vendor relationships, contracts, and system performance SLA’s.
- Establishs and lead the people analytics strategy including dashboards, predictive analytics, and workforce planning models.
- Delivers actionable insights on talent acquisition, retention, engagement, performance, and compensation.
- Builds executive-level reporting and workforce metrics to inform strategic decisions.
- Partners with Finance and departmental leadership on headcount planning, forecasting, and labor cost analysis.
- Implements advanced analytics tools and methodologies to enhance decision support.
- Defines and enforce HR data standards, definitions, and governance policies.
- Develops internal controls and audit processes related to HR systems and data.
- Fosters a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Manages departmental budget and resource allocation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Human Resources or related field Required
- Master's Degree Preferred
- Certified Project Management and Six Sigma Professional. Preferred
- Minimum 5 years experience of progressive Human Resources experience in Human Resources Information Systems with at least three (3) years of management experience. Required and
- Deep expertise with enterprise HR platforms (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM Cloud, UKG Pro, and/or etc..) Required and
- Experience leading system implementations and large-scale HR transformation projects. Required and
- Experience in a hospital setting Preferred
