ReGenesis Health Care, a nonprofit Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) serving Upstate South Carolina, is seeking a compassionate Bilingual Behavioral Health Counselor / Mental Health Therapist to join our Integrated Behavioral Health team in Spartanburg.

This position provides behavioral health services to children, adolescents, adults, and families in a collaborative healthcare environment. You will work alongside medical providers, behavioral health professionals, and community partners to address both the physical and behavioral health needs of our patients.

We welcome qualified LPCs, LISW-CPs, LMSWs, LMFTs, and eligible associate-level licensed clinicians who are passionate about improving access to culturally responsive behavioral healthcare.

Compensation

$58,000–$62,000 annually, based on experience, licensure, and qualifications.

Additional compensation includes:

• $1,000 Sign-On Bonus
• Performance incentive opportunity averaging approximately $2,000 annually

What You'll Do

As a Bilingual Behavioral Health Counselor, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive behavioral health assessments and psychosocial evaluations.
• Provide behavioral health services in both English and Spanish based on patient needs.
• Diagnose behavioral health conditions within your professional scope of practice.
• Develop individualized treatment plans using evidence-based practices.
• Provide individual, family, and crisis counseling.
• Deliver trauma-informed, culturally responsive behavioral healthcare.
• Provide behavioral health interventions for children, adolescents, adults, and families.
• Collaborate with primary care and other healthcare providers through an integrated behavioral health model.
• Coordinate patient care with schools, hospitals, social service agencies, and community organizations.
• Participate in multidisciplinary case conferences and treatment planning.
• Connect patients and families with appropriate community resources and support services.
• Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR).
