Regeneron's RCM Supply Chain department, located in Cambridge, MA is looking for an energetic Temp, Inventory Manager. In this exciting role of inventory manager the core responsibility is to properly ensure the storage and movement of all cold-chain material that supports our program, which includes our patients? cells. You will oversee the lifecycle of products, including receiving, storage, and distribution to ensure optimal stock levels and accuracy. You will manage supply and demand to prevent overstocking and stockouts and track inventory and coordinate with suppliers to optimize supply chain logistics and reduce costs.

Roles Responsibilities
- Execute purchasing for key components, technical materials and long-lead items
- Validating stock levels using record software tools such as Oracle and Veeva
- Receiving and inspecting incoming and outgoing shipments
- Maintaining the storage of material in a constant audit ready state
- Fostering dependable supplier relationships to ensure effective resolution of delivery issues
- Developing and implementing strategies for reducing operational, storage, and distribution costs
- Creating and managing inventory documentation, such as SOP, WI and material specifications
- Coordinate routine cycle counts
- Identifying and reporting on Supply Chain changes such as lead times and inventory availability
- Other related tasks as needed
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams.

- BS with 0-3 years of relevant experience. Proven experience in purchasing coordination, inventory management, or a related field. Knowledge of Cell and Gene Therapy a plus. Proficiency in ERP systems (Oracle) and Quality Management Systems and CPIM a plus. Strong organizational and multitasking skills to handle data entry and inventory tracking.
Salary : $35 - $40
