A leading global pharmaceutical company is seeking a Manager for Supply Chain Inventory to support various clinical and commercial programs. This role is crucial for ensuring inventory is accurately tracked across the global drug supply network.
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain and track clinical and commercial inventory supplies within the ERP system.
- Ensure accurate and efficient inventory controls and timely fulfillment of material requests.
- Collaborate with contract manufacturers, review batch records, and enter work orders into the ERP system.
- Reconcile production and inventory records with Finance to ensure data integrity and alignment.
- Provide drug supply metrics and real-time inventory visibility for cross-functional stakeholders.
- Maintain lot trackers to streamline lot release processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Maintain Reserve Lot Tracker to monitor failed or at-risk lots for accruals and risk management.
- Maintain inventory dashboards providing real-time visibility into inventory activities.
- Experience with Oracle Fusion or similar ERP system.
- 6 years of Supply Chain experience within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience working with large and complex data sets.
