Recruiter

Company Overview:

A mission-driven biotechnology organization is seeking a Recruiter to support ongoing hiring needs across clinical functions, with some exposure to G&A and finance roles. This role is critical in scaling the business during a period of strong momentum.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruiting across clinical roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management
• Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs, role requirements, and hiring priorities
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract high-quality talent within biotech, pharma, and life sciences
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for both active and future hiring needs
• Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Collaborate cross-functionally with HR and business leaders to align on hiring strategies
• Track and manage candidate activity within the applicant tracking system (Workday)
• Provide market insights and talent intelligence to inform hiring decisions
• Support additional hiring needs across G&A and finance functions as required
  
  

Qualifications:

• Industry experience within the biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or life sciences sectors
• Minimum of 3 years of recruiting experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or 5 years of recruiting experience with an Associate’s degree
• Proven ability to manage full-cycle recruiting in a fast-paced environment
• Experience recruiting within a commercial-stage biotech or pharmaceutical organization preferred
• Familiarity with Workday or similar applicant tracking systems
• Experience supporting clinical hiring is highly preferred
  
  

Compensation: Pay Rate: $50 – $77/hr
